Clay at Home Policies

ALL TOOLS ARE TO BE RETURNED WHEN DROPPING OFF THE WORK FOR FIRING!

Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance online before zoom call session. All kits will be available for pickup between Tuesday August 4th and Thursday August 6th during Gallery hours.

Please note, due to the nature of working with clay, pieces created may crack or explode during drying or firing. We will do our very best to prevent this from happening at all stages of making, but the Gallery cannot guarantee that finished work will be free of issues.

The Gallery does not offer refunds on the Clay @ Home Kits.  Contact our Public Programs Manager, Elsa Brittin, at elsa@theclayandglass.ca if you encounter any issues or problems.
