Teen Studio: Sgraffito on Glass

About The Workshop
Sgraffito (Italian for “to scratch”), is a ceramics decoration technique involving scratching through a top layer of pigment to reveal a contrasting color underneath. This workshop invites you to explore the use of this technique on the surface of fusable glass using Glassline paints.
At the kiln firing stage, we will add a top piece of clear glass to encase your design between the layers. After firing, each piece will be perfectly flat & can be used functionally as a coaster or opt in for hooks to display your piece in a window or on a wall.
After the Workshop + Pickup:
Items will be kiln fired after the workshop by our team of studio technicians. You will be emailed in 3-4 weeks after the workshop when items are ready for pick up.
