CCGG CELEBRATES NATIONAL EMERGING ARTIST AWARDS AND NEW EXHIBITIONS ON MAY 28
The Canadian Clay & Glass Gallery is delighted to host the annual awards ceremony for the Winifred Shantz Award for Ceramics and the RBC Award for Glass, alongside the official opening reception for both Emergence 2026 and PRAXIS: Enacting Ideas, Process, and Persistence. LAURA HUDSPITH WINS 2026 RBC AWARD FOR GLASS
Laura Hudspith of Montréal, QC is the winner of the 2026 RBC Award for Glass. Hudspith will receive a $10,000 prize, which will support the development of her career at this critical time. Runner-up Bram Locknick and finalists Alexi Garneau, Nadira Narine, and Eleni Papkov will all be featured in our annual Emergence exhibition this summer. Click here for more information.
ERIN BERRY WINS TOP PRIZE IN 2026 WINIFRED SHANTZ AWARD FOR CERAMICS
CCGG is thrilled to announce that Erin Berry is the winner of the 2026 Shantz Award, receiving a $10,000 prize. Runner-up Etty Anderson and finalists Mariana Bolaños Inclan, Undine Foulds, and Parvin Peivandi will be featured in the Emergence exhibition. Award reception May 28.
