About our programs
The Clay & Glass is a long-standing site of excellence and a destination for arts for international tourists and regional citizens. A relevant and dynamic cultural organization, we also provide supportive education programs to people from across the Region. Our public programs offer multiple pathways for engagement with contemporary artworks and art-making practices. Using Gallery exhibitions as a starting point, individuals develop arts vocabulary, arts appreciation and cultivate confidence in their interpretation of contemporary artworks. People who return to the Gallery many times come to understand that the Gallery is a space with dynamic exhibitions, ever-changing hands-on programs and multiple opportunities for learning.
“Thank you so much… it was a wonderful workshop from start to finish! We learned a lot and really enjoyed a focused, creative time at the gallery. It is a beautiful and very inspiring place!”
Marg Mousseau, Waterloo Resident
